We are hiring an HR Executive for freshers to candidates with up to 2 years of experience. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, driving employee engagement and retention initiatives, handling attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management, maintaining HR records, documentation, and MIS reporting, addressing employee queries, supporting performance management processes, drafting HR policies and ensuring compliance, coordinating with vendors such as recruitment portals and consultants, assisting in training and development activities, and managing exit formalities and full and final settlements. The candidate should be proactive, organized, and ready to take ownership in a fast-growing environment.
