Job Description
We are hiring a dynamic Assistant HR Manager to drive end-to-end HR operations and talent strategy in a fast-growing, client-centric environment. The role involves managing the complete employee lifecycle from hiring to exit, supporting workforce planning, SME deployment, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include talent acquisition and workforce planning, candidate screening, stakeholder coordination, interview management, offer negotiations, onboarding and deployment at client locations, lifecycle management including payroll inputs and exit formalities, client and stakeholder management, HR advisory, and generating MIS reports and dashboards for decision-making. The role requires strong expertise in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, HRMS, data-driven reporting, leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in staffing, consulting, or client-driven HR environments is preferred.
