Job Overview:
V5 Global is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead end-to-end staffing programs, drive client delivery, and oversee workforce operations. The ideal candidate will manage key client accounts, lead cross-functional staffing teams, and maintain SLA/KPI standards to drive fulfillment and program success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct end-to-end staffing program delivery and workforce fulfillment for strategic client accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership, managing account relationships and escalations.
- Lead recruitment and operations teams to meet volume hiring, deployment, and SLAs.
- Track key performance metrics including Turnaround Time (TAT), fulfillment, joining ratio, attrition, and team productivity.
- Cross-coordinate with internal HR, Payroll, Compliance, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Create executive dashboards, MIS reports, and conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders.
- Maintain strict adherence to statutory compliances, legal guidelines, and client frameworks.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5 to 9 years of experience in Program Management within Staffing, Recruitment, or Workforce Solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in client account management, SLA/KPI delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional recruitment teams.
- High proficiency in MIS reporting, operational analytics, and process optimization.
