Snabbit is looking for an exceptional, data-driven HR Analyst to own and enhance HR Analytics, Workforce Insights, and Process Automation initiatives. The role is designed for a professional who can combine data analytics, AI tools, automation, and HR operations to deliver actionable insights and improve business decision-making in a fast-scaling startup environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR analytics by analyzing workforce data across the employee lifecycle and generating insights related to headcount planning, hiring velocity, cohort attrition, productivity, and total rewards. The role involves building and maintaining automated real-time HR dashboards and data visualization frameworks for executive leadership, CoE, and Finance teams.
The candidate will design and implement automated workflows using Google Apps Script, no-code and low-code tools, and advanced AI platforms including Claude, Gemini, Codex, and ChatGPT to automate reporting, data synchronization, and operational processes. The role also requires maintaining accurate HR data architecture, ensuring data hygiene across HRMS systems, integrating data with Finance and Talent Acquisition teams, and building audit-ready data models.
The role also includes managing core HR operations and governance activities such as employee lifecycle processes, onboarding, offboarding, final settlements, payroll inputs, leave validations, and statutory compliance tracking including PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF. The candidate will act as the primary owner of HRMS data accuracy and ensure timely updates related to promotions, transfers, and organizational changes. Darwinbox experience is preferred.
The ideal candidate should have 3β4 years of experience across HR Analytics, People Analytics, and People Operations, with mandatory experience in a fast-paced startup environment. Strong expertise in data modeling, statistical analysis, dashboard creation, and visualization tools such as Google Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase along with Advanced Excel and Google Sheets is required.
Hands-on experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, code generation, workflow automation using Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Google Apps Script, Python, and similar technologies is required. The candidate should also have knowledge of payroll processes, statutory compliance, workforce metrics, attrition, retention, compensation structures, and modern HRMS platforms.
