Job Description
Aptita is hiring a Process Trainer & Policy PoC (SME) for its Pune office. This is a work from office opportunity for professionals who are passionate about training, mentoring, policy management, and driving operational excellence. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting New Hire Training, refresher training, and On-the-Job Training sessions while supporting learning initiatives and process improvements across the organization.
The role includes designing, customizing, and updating training modules, Standard Operating Procedures, and learning content, identifying training needs through Training Needs Analysis and Training Needs Identification, creating assessments and Process Knowledge Tests, evaluating trainee performance, providing floor support by resolving policy-related queries, identifying policy and workflow gaps, recommending process improvements, collaborating with Operations, Quality, and HR teams, tracking training effectiveness, and preparing Management Information System reports.
Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience and possess strong expertise in Process Training, Product Training, Learning and Development, Training Delivery, New Hire Training, On-the-Job Training, Refresher Training, Training Needs Analysis, SOP Development, Policy Management, Knowledge Management, Process Improvement, Quality Assurance, Process Knowledge Tests, Coaching, Mentoring, and communication skills. Candidates from BPO, BPM, Banking Operations, Insurance, Customer Support, Shared Services, Trust and Safety, and Healthcare BPO backgrounds are preferred.
