Job Description
Zodiac HR Consultants is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support core HR operations. The role will be responsible for talent acquisition, candidate management, onboarding, HR documentation, MIS, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and Talent Acquisition activities.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
Manage candidate follow-ups, offer discussions, salary negotiations, and closures.
Coordinate joining formalities and employee onboarding.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
Prepare and maintain HR MIS, recruitment trackers, and hiring metrics.
Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll-related activities.
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR operations.
Assist with HR process implementation and continuous improvement.
Ensure timely and accurate HR documentation and reporting.
Support employees and stakeholders with HR-related queries and requirements.
Candidate Requirements
3ā4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and HR Operations.
Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Proficiency in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine, and other job portals.
Good experience in candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and closures.
Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Experience with HR MIS, recruitment trackers, and hiring metrics.
Exposure to attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Knowledge of HRMS / ATS will be an added advantage.
Understanding of recruitment analytics and hiring metrics preferred.
Exposure to employee engagement initiatives preferred.
Basic knowledge of HR policies and statutory compliance.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
