Trasol Tech is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support recruitment and HR operations activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a basic understanding of recruitment processes, familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn, and a strong willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms, screening resumes based on job requirements, coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers, conducting initial candidate interactions and follow-ups, maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate databases, supporting onboarding and employee documentation processes, preparing HR reports and recruitment updates, participating in employee engagement activities, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Freshers are welcome to apply. Basic exposure to recruitment activities or HR internships is preferred. Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes, familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals, good interpersonal and relationship-building skills, basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
