QuantumX Ventures is a quantum-focused venture studio that operates in the deep tech, venture capital, and quantum computing space. The organization identifies high-impact opportunities in quantum technology, validates them, builds products and companies around them, and brings together founders, researchers, and operators to launch and scale cutting-edge ventures. Alongside venture creation, QuantumX School actively develops the next generation of talent through specialized learning programs, cohorts, workshops, and hands-on technical initiatives. The firm is actively building an early-stage ecosystem spanning venture creation, quantum technology, research, product development, capital, partnerships, community, and education. The organization operates as a growing early-stage venture team with an agile startup workforce.
As the HR and People Lead, you are a people-focused operator who knows how to build strong teams from the ground up in an early-stage environment. You will work closely with executive leadership to understand organizational requirements, shape team strategy, and attract the right individuals as QuantumX expands. Your primary responsibility will be building the people function from the foundation. You will own the complete talent acquisition and people strategy across the studio and its portfolio ventures. This includes identifying and bringing in top-tier technical, research, business, and leadership talent. You will build and maintain a strong talent network across India and globally, actively shaping the culture, standards, and working environment of the firm. In addition, you will help build the founder and leadership pipeline for future ventures, ensuring the organization maintains the right team members as strategic priorities and ventures evolve.
To succeed in this role, you bring 3 or more years of experience across human resources, talent acquisition, people operations, or closely related roles, with proven exposure to startups, technology companies, or fast-growing teams. You possess a strong understanding of team building, full lifecycle recruitment, and people management. You have the ability to work independently, take complete ownership, and communicate effectively with founders and senior leaders. Prior experience working with technical or scientific research talent is highly valuable. This role offers an opportunity to have meaningful ownership over organizational growth, work directly with leadership, and help build the teams powering multiple transformative quantum ventures across technology, research, venture building, and business.
