VR Recruitment Services is hiring on behalf of a leading Chemical Manufacturing Company for the position of HR Executive / Sr. HR Executive at Matunga, Mumbai. This role is ideal for HR professionals with experience in manufacturing or factory environments who can independently manage end-to-end HR operations.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling complete HR operations for the factory, managing employee onboarding, induction, joining formalities, maintaining employee documentation, personal files, and service records. The role includes monitoring attendance, leave management, shift schedules, overtime records, and coordinating accurate payroll inputs.
The candidate will ensure compliance with the Factory Act and all applicable labour laws, manage statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, and other labour regulations. Additional responsibilities include handling employee grievances, counselling, disciplinary actions, employee relations, recruitment support, manpower planning, employee confirmations, exit interviews, full and final settlements, separation formalities, employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives, HR MIS reporting, HRMS record management, statutory audits, and ensuring adherence to company HR policies.
Candidates should be Graduates with MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred. The ideal candidate should have 4–7 years of HR Generalist experience in a Manufacturing, Chemical, or Factory environment with strong knowledge of Factory HR, Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance, Employee Relations, Attendance Management, Leave Management, and MS Office.
