We're Hiring: HR Leader
Experience: 5+ Years | Location: Sector 58, Gurugram (Work From Office)
Key Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, preferably within a startup or fast-growing organization.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, HR operations, and team leadership.
- Proven ability to build, mentor, and scale an HR team from the ground up.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to function independently and take full ownership of the HR domain.
- Experience in formulating and structuring HR policies and organizational processes is an advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end HR function, covering talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement, and people management.
- Formulate and execute recruitment strategies across multiple departments to drive business expansion.
- Oversee employee onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, performance reviews, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Design, implement, and refine foundational HR policies, workflows, and operating systems.
- Partner with leadership and department heads on manpower planning, retention, and workforce analytics.
- Build and nurture a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
