Job Description
Mondelēz International is hiring an Organisation Capability Specialist for its People – Manufacturing and Supply Chain team in the AMEA region. This is a remote opportunity based in India for professionals who are passionate about Learning and Development, capability building, project coordination, and stakeholder management. The selected candidate will support capability-building initiatives across the AMEA region by coordinating learning programs, managing operational governance, driving employee engagement, and collaborating with Manufacturing, Supply Chain Excellence, HR, and Learning teams. Responsibilities include coordinating end-to-end logistics for IL6S capability and learning sessions, managing training calendars, participant nominations, attendance tracking, post-session feedback, coordinating with internal coaches and subject matter experts, supporting digital learning deployment, managing Workday Learning and SharePoint platforms, coordinating e-learning initiatives, tracking Manufacturing and Supply Chain KPIs, supporting SMETA labour audit compliance, managing non-conformance follow-up actions, preparing dashboards and governance reports, maintaining compliance documentation, coordinating employee engagement programs, town halls and communication initiatives, managing vendor coordination and purchase order administration, maintaining digital repositories, supporting reporting through Excel and Power BI, and ensuring capability documentation remains current. Candidates should have 4 to 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, training coordination, HR Generalist roles in manufacturing, manufacturing operations with exposure to Lean, TPM, WCM, IL6S or Continuous Improvement, operational governance, compliance, stakeholder management, vendor management, and Learning Management Systems such as Workday Learning and SharePoint. Strong project coordination, analytical ability, advanced Excel skills, fluent English communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Knowledge of Power BI, digital learning tools, IL6S, Manufacturing Excellence frameworks, and SMETA audit processes will be an added advantage.
