We are hiring a Talent Advisor to support hiring for Lenovo SSG in Bangalore. The role will manage end-to-end recruitment activities across both technical and non-technical positions. The selected candidate will manage the complete hiring lifecycle from role intake to offer closure. The role requires partnering with hiring managers to understand business requirements, hiring priorities, and workforce needs while developing effective recruitment strategies.
The Talent Advisor will source candidates through multiple channels, build strong talent pipelines, conduct candidate screening, support outreach activities, and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
The position requires using AI tools to support sourcing, screening, research, content creation, reporting, and recruitment automation. The candidate will identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency through AI-based workflows, automation solutions, and innovative recruitment practices.
The role includes tracking hiring progress, preparing updates for stakeholders, monitoring recruitment activities, staying updated with market trends, and adopting new recruiting technologies to enhance talent acquisition processes.
