The Senior People Officer will manage HR systems including Personio, LinkedIn LMS, and Greenhouse ATS, analyse HR data, prepare dashboards, provide insights on hiring trends, employee sentiment, engagement scores, and key people metrics.

Responsibilities also include managing recruitment vendors such as Naukri, recruitment consultants, and background verification partners, ensuring service quality and contract compliance. The candidate will execute People Plan initiatives for the Bangalore office, support global engagement strategies, and contribute to global HR improvement projects.

The role requires reporting key HR metrics to HR Business Partners, maintaining employee check-in and check-out reports, supporting calibration processes, managing employee development tracking, coordinating international interview schedules, supporting training sessions, maintaining HR documentation, and preparing operational reports.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A postgraduate degree in HR such as MBA/PGDM or certifications in HR systems, analytics, or project management will be preferred.

Candidates should have 5–7 years of progressive HR experience with strong expertise in recruitment and onboarding.
