Job Description
Resillion UK Limited is hiring an HRIS Specialist (UKG Ready) to join its People & Talent team in Bengaluru. The role is responsible for the administration, maintenance, optimization, and continuous improvement of HR systems with a strong focus on UKG Ready. The successful candidate will ensure data integrity, improve employee and manager experience, support HR processes through technology, and drive automation and AI-enabled solutions across the People function.
The selected candidate will serve as the primary administrator for UKG Ready and related HR systems, maintain employee records, organizational structures, workflows, security roles, and system configurations, ensure data accuracy and compliance, troubleshoot HRIS issues, support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and implementation of new features.
The role involves identifying opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes, partnering with stakeholders to improve workflows, reducing manual effort, maintaining HR process documentation, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The candidate will also explore AI-driven solutions, support workflow automation, evaluate emerging HR technologies, and assist in digital transformation initiatives.
Additional responsibilities include creating HR dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics, generating business reports, supporting integrations between HRIS and business systems, collaborating with IT, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors, participating in implementation projects, ensuring compliance with company policies, data privacy requirements, audit standards, ISO documentation, and managing system controls and user access.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience administering UKG Ready, strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management, HR reporting, analytics, advanced Excel skills, process improvement, workflow automation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving. Experience in multinational environments, AI tools, workflow automation platforms, HR system integrations, project management, and ISO compliance will be an added advantage.
