ESDS Software Solution Limited is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for its Delhi office. This is a full time on site opportunity within the Human Resources Talent Acquisition team reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition. The organisation is looking for a strategic Human Resources professional who can combine modern Artificial Intelligence powered recruitment practices with strong Talent Acquisition expertise to build future ready talent pipelines. The selected candidate will partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce planning, identify skills gaps and develop long term talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities, employer branding initiatives and industry best practices. The role includes acting as a strategic advisor by providing market intelligence, salary benchmarking and competitive hiring insights.
Responsibilities include managing end to end recruitment for leadership, niche and high volume positions, leveraging Artificial Intelligence powered sourcing tools, Applicant Tracking Systems, Human Resources Information Systems, LinkedIn Artificial Intelligence tools, chatbots and resume screening platforms to improve recruitment efficiency. The candidate will develop innovative sourcing strategies through social recruiting, talent communities, campus hiring initiatives and diversity focused hiring programmes to build inclusive talent pipelines.
The role requires driving recruitment technology adoption by optimising Artificial Intelligence enabled Applicant Tracking Systems and Human Resources Information Systems, implementing predictive hiring analytics, supporting programmatic job advertising, recruitment marketing automation and advanced people analytics dashboards to improve recruitment outcomes and reduce hiring timelines.
The selected candidate will ensure an outstanding candidate experience from application through onboarding by using personalised and automated communication, strengthening employer branding through social media campaigns, virtual hiring events and employee advocacy initiatives while utilising video interviews, gamified assessments and skills based evaluation methods.
Additional responsibilities include monitoring key Talent Acquisition metrics such as Time to Fill, Cost per Hire, Offer to Join Ratio and Diversity Metrics, using real time dashboards for process improvement, forecasting future hiring demand and building proactive talent pipelines. The candidate will also lead innovation initiatives by using Generative Artificial Intelligence tools including ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini and Grok for job descriptions, candidate engagement and interview preparation while staying updated on global recruitment trends, skills based hiring, remote workforce strategies, internal talent mobility and Artificial Intelligence driven recruitment.
Applicants should possess an MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field with 5 to 8 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience including at least 3 years in a senior or strategic recruitment role. Candidates should have strong expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems, Human Resources Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence powered recruitment platforms, stakeholder management, recruitment marketing, employer branding, digital sourcing, data driven hiring and analytics with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
