Job Description:
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for corporate and project-based positions.
Develop recruitment strategies for leadership, niche, and bulk hiring requirements.
Partner with business leaders to understand and fulfill workforce planning needs.
Build talent pipelines and drive employer branding initiatives.
Manage recruitment agencies and external hiring partners.
Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, and exit management.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company HR policies.
Manage HR operations, employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
Drive performance management, employee engagement, and continuous HR process improvements.
Coordinate with payroll and statutory compliance teams for seamless HR operations.
Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and management reports for leadership.
Required Skills:
Minimum 15 years of HR experience with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
Mandatory experience in the EPC Construction industry.
Experience in Engineering, Infrastructure, Heavy Civil, Industrial Construction, Oil & Gas, Power, Metro, Railways, or Data Centre EPC projects will be preferred.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and people management skills.
Sound knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, HR operations, and HRMS.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR reporting tools.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Interview Process:
Face-to-face interview is mandatory.

Candidates must be willing to attend the interview in person at the client's office.
