Job Description
Platinustech is hiring for an Assistant Manager – HR position for Laxmi Dental Limited in Malad, Mumbai. The role is focused on end-to-end HR Operations and Employee Life Cycle Management, covering employee onboarding, HR documentation, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, grievance handling, exit management, and HR MIS reporting.
The ideal candidate should have 4–6 years of relevant HR experience with strong knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, payroll inputs, statutory compliance, HR documentation, HRMS, and Excel-based MIS reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Employee Life Cycle
Manage the complete employee lifecycle from joining to exit.
Handle end-to-end HR operations and employee administration.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Prepare appointment, confirmation, increment, warning, and other HR letters.
Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and processes.
Manage onboarding, induction, joining documentation, and employee file creation.
2. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
Manage attendance and leave records.
Handle attendance regularization.
Validate monthly attendance and leave data for payroll.
Coordinate salary inputs, deductions, and reimbursements.
Coordinate Full & Final settlements.
Resolve employee queries related to attendance, leave, and payroll.
3. HR Compliance & Statutory Coordination
Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate and maintain records related to:
PF
ESIC
PT
LWF
Gratuity
Bonus
Support internal and external audits.
Maintain accurate HR documentation and compliance reports.
4. Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling
Drive employee engagement initiatives.
Support culture-building activities.
Handle employee concerns and grievances.
Support employee relations and retention initiatives.
Contribute to employee satisfaction.
5. Exit Management
Manage employee resignations.
Conduct exit interviews.
Coordinate clearance procedures.
Coordinate Full & Final settlements.
Maintain employee movement and attrition data.
6. HR MIS & Reporting
Prepare HR MIS reports and dashboards.
Track:
Headcount
Attrition
Attendance
Hiring status
Employee movement
Other HR metrics
Maintain accurate HR data for management reporting.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline – mandatory.
4–6 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR Operations.
Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management.
Knowledge of payroll inputs and statutory compliance.
Understanding of labour laws and HR compliance.
Experience in attendance and leave management.
Strong HR documentation and process-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and MIS Reporting.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and drafting skills.
