We are hiring for the position of Manager / Sr. Manager – HR (Plant HR Head) for a Home Appliance Manufacturing Company located in Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bangalore.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 14 years of experience in Plant HR with mandatory SAP experience. Candidates should possess an MSW qualification and preference will be given to those who can communicate in Kannada. Male candidates are preferred for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment cycle including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and timely closure of vacancies.
Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance workforce capability.
Drive employee welfare and engagement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Handle payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and maintain HR documentation accurately.
Support HR digitalization initiatives and continuous process improvements.
Provide AOP support with HR data, analytics, and manpower planning.
Manage contract labour compliance, contractor license renewals, and statutory documentation.
Prepare monthly manpower planning based on production requirements.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and industrial relations effectively.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, Factory Act provisions, and all statutory requirements.
Coordinate with government authorities, auditors, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Support factory infrastructure initiatives and HR transformation projects.
Ensure timely statutory remittances, registrations, renewals, and maintenance of compliance records.
Organize statutory committee meetings including Safety, POSH, Welfare, and Canteen committees.
Oversee administration functions including housekeeping, security, facility management, and office administration.
Coordinate with vendors and manage procurement activities related to HR and Administration.
Maintain HR MIS, reports, employee records, and compliance documentation while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
