Job Description:
Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and exit formalities.
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees.
Support payroll by ensuring accurate attendance and leave inputs.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and support performance management processes.
Develop and implement HR policies while ensuring compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
Coordinate office administration, including facility management, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, office supplies, and daily operations.
Prepare HR reports, compliance documentation, and support business operations.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
4–6 years of end-to-end HR Generalist experience.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, labour laws, and payroll coordination.
Hands-on experience managing the complete employee lifecycle.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high integrity and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
