Aimplus Staffing Solutions is hiring an Associate Recruitment Executive for its Bangalore office. The company operates in the Staffing and Recruitment Services industry with a focus on talent acquisition solutions. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and MBA aspirants who are looking to build a successful career in recruitment and human resources. The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals, screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements, coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, maintaining candidate databases and recruitment records, supporting employer branding initiatives through campus hiring and social media campaigns, and assisting in the onboarding process of selected candidates. Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices, proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with job portals, good analytical skills, and strong attention to detail. Eligible candidates include BBA, B.Com, MBA, or equivalent qualification holders. Freshers are welcome to apply, and internship or project experience in HR or Recruitment will be an added advantage. The role provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, opportunities to work with clients across diverse industries, continuous learning, career growth in Talent Acquisition and HR, and progression opportunities toward Recruitment Specialist, Recruitment Manager, or HR Business Partner roles.
