Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for SAP domain roles.
• Source, screen, and engage SAP professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand SAP modules, skill requirements, and market trends to identify suitable candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of SAP talent.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements.
• Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, offer discussions, and closure activities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates on hiring progress.
• Deliver quality candidates while meeting recruitment timelines and business requirements.
• Develop market knowledge and stay updated on SAP talent availability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment with strong SAP hiring exposure.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing SAP professionals.
• Good understanding of SAP modules and recruitment market trends.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Preferred Candidate:
• Recruitment professionals with proven SAP hiring experience.
• Candidates capable of independently managing SAP recruitment mandates.
