Velocitai is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager – Client Hiring for its Gurgaon office. This role is ideal for experienced Talent Acquisition professionals with a strong background in IT Services or IT Staffing who can lead end-to-end IT recruitment, manage client relationships, and drive a high-performing recruitment team. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering recruitment excellence, improving hiring efficiency, and ensuring successful closure of client hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end IT recruitment for client hiring across technical and niche technology roles.
• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring productivity, performance, and achievement of hiring targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and business stakeholders.
• Understand client hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Drive niche and bulk technology hiring while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Monitor recruitment metrics including Turnaround Time (TAT), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), submission ratios, and hiring performance.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
• Manage candidate engagement, offer negotiations, and successful hiring closures.
• Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for management and clients.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or IT Recruitment.
• At least 2+ years of managerial experience leading recruitment teams is mandatory.
• Prior experience in IT Services or IT Staffing is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end IT recruitment and client stakeholder management.
• Experience managing niche and bulk technology hiring.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking recruitment metrics and performance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
Preferred Candidate:
• Talent Acquisition professionals with proven experience managing client hiring engagements.
• Candidates with strong leadership capabilities and experience building high-performing recruitment teams.
• Professionals experienced in IT staffing, recruitment delivery, and strategic sourcing.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
