Job Description
Infinite Computer Solutions (ICS) is hiring a Recruiting Manager ā US Recruitment for its India-based team. This is a player-coach role for experienced US Recruitment professionals who can lead and mentor a recruitment team while actively managing full-cycle US technical hiring. The selected candidate will oversee recruitment delivery, manage stakeholder relationships, and personally handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing technical positions across multiple technology domains.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Lead, mentor, and coach a team of US Recruiters working in the EST shift.
ā¢ Manage end-to-end US technical recruitment while handling individual hiring requisitions.
ā¢ Source, screen, interview, and close candidates for technical positions.
ā¢ Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
ā¢ Build strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and internal stakeholders.
ā¢ Monitor recruitment performance, hiring metrics, time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and recruitment productivity.
ā¢ Conduct high-volume candidate outreach and cold calling to identify qualified talent.
ā¢ Maintain recruitment pipelines, candidate databases, and recruitment reports.
ā¢ Drive process improvements and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
ā¢ Support strategic hiring initiatives across multiple technology domains and business verticals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
ā¢ Minimum 10+ years of hands-on full-cycle US Technical Recruitment experience.
ā¢ Minimum 4+ years of experience leading US Shift recruitment teams.
ā¢ Strong experience working in the EST Shift.
ā¢ Hands-on expertise with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other sourcing platforms.
ā¢ Proven track record of achieving recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
ā¢ Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
ā¢ Comfortable performing high-volume sourcing and cold calling activities.
ā¢ Ability to manage multiple recruitment priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Candidate:
ā¢ Recruitment leaders with extensive US Staffing and Technical Recruitment experience.
ā¢ Professionals with hiring experience in Digital Engineering, Cloud, AI/ML, Application Development, Telecom, Healthcare, Banking, Media, or Hi-Tech domains.
ā¢ Candidates capable of balancing team leadership responsibilities with hands-on recruitment delivery.
ā¢ Individuals comfortable working remotely during EST business hours from Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Noida-Delhi.
