Overview:
Better Future Solutions LLP is hiring an HR Cum Accountant to manage HR operations, administration, payroll support, accounting activities, and financial reporting. The role requires a professional who can efficiently handle both HR and accounting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, exit formalities, employee records, attendance, and leave management. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents. Coordinate payroll inputs, salary revisions, employee benefits, and statutory compliance activities including PF, ESI, and Professional Tax. Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and payroll. Maintain HR reports and employee databases and coordinate with recruitment and operations teams.
Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, sales and purchase invoices, receipts, payments, expenses, bank reconciliation, petty cash, accounts payable and receivable. Follow up on outstanding client payments and support payroll processing. Coordinate with auditors for GST, TDS, and statutory filings and prepare MIS reports and financial records.
Eligibility:
B.Com, M.Com, MBA (HR), or equivalent qualification with 1ā3 years of experience across HR and Accounting functions. Strong knowledge of MS Excel, payroll processing, and accounting software such as Zoho Books or QuickBooks is required. Experience in staffing or recruitment companies is preferred. Exposure to US Accounting & Finance will be an added advantage. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills are required, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
