Key Responsibilities 1. Employee Onboarding Manage the complete employee onboarding process. Coordinate joining formalities and required documentation. HR Compliance Handle routine HR compliance activities. Ensure HR operational processes follow applicable company policies and requirements. Maintain compliance-related documentation. Support the HR team with compliance-related activities and records. 6. Payroll Support Support the payroll process by providing accurate payroll inputs. Coordinate attendance, leave, and other relevant employee information required for payroll. Assist with employee payroll-related queries. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve payroll input issues. 7. Employee Query Management Handle routine employee HR queries. Provide appropriate support regarding HR processes, attendance, leave, payroll, and employee documentation. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate HR stakeholders when required. Maintain effective communication with employees. 8. Internal Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR Operations. Follow up on employee-related HR requirements. Work collaboratively with different teams to complete HR processes on time. Ensure effective communication between HR and other internal functions. Candidate Requirements 4–5 years of experience in HR Operations. Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management. Practical understanding of onboarding and offboarding processes. Experience handling employee records and HR documentation. Knowledge of attendance and leave management. Understanding of HR compliance activities. Experience supporting payroll inputs. The role involves ensuring compliance with applicable labour regulations, managing contractor compliance, supporting audits, maintaining compliance records, and coordinating with government authorities. Key Responsibilities Manage HR statutory and labour law compliance across locations. Ensure timely compliance with ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), CLRA, Factory Act, Shops & Establishments Act, and other applicable regulations. Handle compliance related to Bonus, Minimum Wages, and other statutory requirements. Manage and monitor contractor compliance, including required documentation and licences. Coordinate and support statutory and compliance audits. Maintain accurate HR Compliance MIS and reports. Monitor compliance requirements across multiple locations. Coordinate with government departments and authorities regarding labour and statutory matters. Ensure required registrations, licences, renewals, and statutory documentation are maintained. Track changes in applicable labour laws and ensure necessary compliance actions are implemented. Work closely with internal HR and business teams to address compliance-related requirements. Required Expertise Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and labour laws. Practical understanding of ESIC, PT, LWF, CLRA, Factory Act, and Shops & Establishments regulations. Knowledge of Bonus and Minimum Wages compliance. Experience handling contractor compliance and licences. Experience with compliance audits and documentation. Ability to manage multi-location HR compliance. Strong reporting and MIS management skills. Good coordination and communication skills for government liaison and internal stakeholder management. Preferred Qualifications Qualification or specialization in HR, Labour Law, or Industrial Relations (IR) is preferred. Candidates with relevant experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse, Logistics, or Retail environments are preferred. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have 7–10 years of relevant HR compliance experience, with strong exposure to labour laws, statutory compliance, contractor management, audits, and multi-location compliance operations.
