Description:
Aplomb Technologies Private Limited is hiring an HR & Admin Executive for its Gurugram office. This opportunity is ideal for HR professionals with experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, administration, compliance, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Handle day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly administrative MIS reports.
• Manage office assets, equipment, and inventory records.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate joining, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and HR-related concerns.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and employee welfare activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation for audits.
• Coordinate probation reviews and support performance management activities.
• Handle client meetings related to case receipt, empanelment, coordination, and follow-ups.
• Perform additional administrative responsibilities as assigned by management.
Key Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline (BBA / BA / B.Com).
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR Generalist, Recruitment, or HR Operations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of HR documentation and processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
