Parallel Matrix Management Services is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced HR Generalist to take complete ownership of end-to-end human resource operations, employee lifecycle management, talent acquisition, payroll administration, statutory compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. The incumbent will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, encompassing multi-channel candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, conducting background verification (BGV), candidate selection, salary negotiations, and rollout of official offer letters. The role is responsible for structuring seamless onboarding processes, conducting corporate inductions, and completing mandatory joining documentation for incoming staff. On the operational and payroll front, duties include managing attendance tracking, monitoring leave records, processing incentives and performance bonuses, administering annual increments, coordinating monthly payroll inputs, and maintaining digital and physical employee files. A crucial dimension of this role involves ensuring timely statutory compliance across Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESIC), Gratuity, and other local statutory regulations. Additionally, the HR Generalist will assist in executing performance appraisal cycles, designing employee engagement activities, planning employee welfare programs, and driving talent retention strategies. Daily functions cover addressing employee grievances, resolving HR queries, maintaining the internal HRMS platform, updating standard operating procedures (SOPs), drafting workplace policies, and fostering a constructive, professional workplace culture.
