Job Title: HR Executive - HR Operations & Talent Acquisition Location: Hyderabad (Onsite) Experience Required: 6 Months to 1 Year Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated HR Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The candidate will play an active role across both HR Operations and Talent Acquisition, contributing to onboarding, documentation, recruitment coordination, and HR compliance initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate employee onboarding, induction processes, and documentation. - Maintain accurate HR documentation, employee personal files, and database records. - Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HRMIS data. - Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate screening and interview scheduling. - Assist in stakeholder coordination, offer rollout processes, and joining formalities. - Prepare HR MIS reports, status trackers, and operational documentation. - Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and internal compliance activities. Candidate Profile: - 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, or generalist HR roles. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities. - High organizational, multi-tasking, and coordination skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to work full-time onsite in Hyderabad.
