DRG Job Placement Manpower Consultant is hiring an HR Executive for a Manufacturing organization in Hyderabad. This opportunity is ideal for HR professionals with experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and manufacturing/industrial HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
ā¢ Manage employee onboarding and maintain personnel records.
ā¢ Ensure accurate HRMS data management using Keka HRMS.
ā¢ Assist in attendance tracking, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance documentation.
ā¢ Support employee engagement activities and resolve day-to-day HR queries.
ā¢ Coordinate with recruitment agencies and vendors for blue-collar and staff hiring requirements.
ā¢ Maintain HR reports, documentation, and ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
Key Requirements:
ā¢ 2ā6 years of experience in HR Operations.
ā¢ Experience in Manufacturing or Industrial environment preferred.
ā¢ Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance processes.
ā¢ Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS preferred.
ā¢ Strong communication and coordination skills.
ā¢ Ability to manage HR operations at assigned locations.
