Job Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for recruitment and onboarding of US OPT and other visa-status-based IT consultants, including CPT and H1B transfer-ready consultants.
The position involves sourcing IT professionals, maintaining consultant pipelines, validating documentation and immigration-related information, and coordinating onboarding with Bench Sales, Delivery, and Leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of US staffing consultants.
- Source IT professionals through cold calling and multiple recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain consultant pipelines.
- Validate resumes, onboarding documents, visa status, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with Bench Sales, Delivery, and Leadership teams.
- Maintain consultant relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Support onboarding and consultant engagement activities.
- Handle recruitment documentation and verification processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5ā6 years of experience in US OPT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Strong sourcing and onboarding experience.
- Experience with documentation validation.
- Understanding of US staffing and immigration statuses.
- Knowledge of recruitment compliance processes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Relationship-building abilities.
- Experience working with senior-level IT consultants is an advantage.
