Job Title: Assistant Manager – Human Resources

Salary: ₹50,000–₹55,000 per month
Qualification: MBA/PGDM – HR, MSW (HR), or equivalent
Preferred Experience: Manufacturing / Plant HR
Key Responsibilities
Manage payroll operations.
Handle PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, and Gratuity compliance.
Ensure Labour Law and statutory compliance.
Manage contract labour and related HR activities.
Handle recruitment and employee onboarding.
Manage employee relations and employee-related concerns.
Oversee day-to-day HR operations.
Conduct and support HR audits and documentation.
Prepare and maintain HR MIS and reports.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of HR experience.
MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW (HR), or equivalent qualification.
Strong experience in Manufacturing / Plant HR is preferred.
Good knowledge of payroll, labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
Experience managing contract labour and employee relations.
Strong documentation, reporting, and HR MIS skills.
