ACL Digital is hiring a Recruiter with experience in recruitment and bulk hiring. The role is focused on managing hiring requirements and supporting recruitment activities for multiple positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment activities for open positions.
- Handle bulk hiring requirements.
- Source and identify suitable candidates.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support interview coordination and selection activities.
- Follow up with candidates for joining and closure.
- Manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 1ā3 years of recruitment experience.
- Hands-on experience in bulk hiring.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidates.
