The IT - BRM Portfolio Manager HR acts as the strategic liaison between Human Resources and Information Technology, ensuring HR strategies, processes, and initiatives are translated into technology-enabled solutions that deliver measurable business value. The role leads and coordinates a small delivery team supporting HR systems, ensuring effective execution of integrations, incident resolution, project coordination, governance, prioritization, and financial oversight. Responsibilities include building trusted relationships with HR leadership including HRIS, HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and HR Operations teams, aligning HR strategy with IT and digital roadmaps, acting as a strategic advisor for HR technology transformation, owning the end-to-end demand intake process for HR initiatives, developing business cases with measurable value, driving prioritization with HR leadership, and ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and resource capacity. The role also includes coordinating a delivery team responsible for Human Capital Management integrations, collaborating with enterprise architecture and middleware teams, overseeing integration quality and timelines, managing HR-related incidents and operational support, coordinating cross-functional teams for issue resolution, driving continuous improvement, coordinating IT activities for HR projects, maintaining the HR portfolio in Strategic Portfolio Management tools, tracking project status, risks, milestones, and decisions, ensuring understanding of HR ecosystem integrations including Finance, Payroll, and Vendor Management Systems, supporting enterprise architecture alignment, collaborating on HR system licensing and budget estimation, tracking IT financial governance, managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication, and ensuring successful delivery of initiatives. Candidates should have strong knowledge of Human Capital Management processes including payroll, talent management, and benefits, experience with Oracle HCM, integration platforms, middleware technologies, demand governance, portfolio management, stakeholder management, financial governance, and project coordination. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Candidates should have 7-12 years of experience in HR systems, Information Technology, Business Relationship Management, or consulting roles. Experience in global organizations and certifications such as BRMP, ITIL, or PMP are preferred.
