Job Overview:
BeastLife is looking for a proactive and hands-on HR professional to manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition and Employee Onboarding. The candidate will independently handle recruitment, candidate coordination, offer closures, joining formalities, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across business, sales, corporate, and operational functions.
- Sourcing candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment channels.
- Screening resumes, conducting HR interviews, and coordinating interview rounds with hiring managers.
- Handling salary negotiations, offer rollouts, notice period tracking, and offer-to-join conversions.
- Maintaining recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and hiring MIS.
- Employee Onboarding:
- Overseeing the complete onboarding workflow from offer acceptance to employee joining.
- Collecting background documents, issuing appointment letters, and managing policy acknowledgements.
- Coordinating with Admin, IT, and Payroll teams for setup and asset allocation.
- Conducting employee induction and maintaining employee profiles in GreytHR HRMS.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Employee Onboarding.
- Hands-on expertise with Naukri, LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, and GreytHR/HRMS systems.
- Excellent communication, candidate management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Graduate/MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant discipline preferred.
