The HR Executive role is a comprehensive hands-on opportunity based on-site at Gurugram, encompassing recruitment, HR operations, compliance management, and strategic people initiatives. Key duties include managing full-cycle recruitment pipelines, dynamic talent sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, salary negotiations, and offer rollout. On the operational and administrative side, the role involves managing HRMS platforms particularly Keka, maintaining employee databases and trackers in Excel, preparing operational reports, developing company policies, and executing statutory compliance documentation. The HR Executive will also contribute to early-stage workforce planning, quarterly HR strategy, employee engagement initiatives, internal company events, and the implementation of AI tools to automate human resources workflows. Ideal candidates should possess 0 to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR operations, strong communication and coordination skills, familiarity with HRMS software, and the ability to thrive in a high-speed startup environment.
