Moehair is a luxury hair care brand serving customers worldwide with more than 30 years of experience in creating professional hair care formulations while fostering artistry, education, and creativity across the beauty and personal care industry. The company operates in the beauty, cosmetics, personal care, and luxury retail industry. The HR Executive position is a high-ownership, full-time, in-office opportunity based in Udyog Vihar, Gurugram, operating on a 5-day work week. This role is responsible for driving people operations alongside key business support functions, closely collaborating with the executive management team. Primary areas of ownership include managing end-to-end recruitment from understanding role specifications, sourcing talent, screening candidates, and coordinating interview rounds, to rolling out offer letters and tracking candidate joinings. Operational responsibilities encompass managing pre-joining procedures, employee induction, background verifications, employment documentation, attendance, leave records, and resolving general workforce queries. In addition to HR functions, the role provides leadership support and operational coordination by organizing strategic meetings, preparing meeting agendas, drafting Minutes of Meetings, tracking actionable deliverables with internal stakeholders, and generating MIS dashboards, recruitment trackers, and management reports. The position requires a Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Management with an MBA or PGDM preferred, accompanied by 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations within startup or dynamic corporate settings.
