Talentstack is hiring a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for a publicly listed, high-growth organization in Mumbai. The role is intended for a senior HR leader who can build institutional HR frameworks, manage governance and compliance, and partner with boards, investors, CEOs, founders, and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall HR strategy and function for the organization.
- Build and institutionalize comprehensive HR frameworks and processes.
- Establish HR structures suitable for a rapidly growing organization.
- Lead HR compliance, audits, and governance initiatives.
- Support organizational scaling during periods of rapid growth.
- Partner closely with founders, CEOs, boards, and senior leadership.
- Develop structured Performance Management Systems (PMS).
- Build and manage compensation frameworks.
- Develop workforce planning frameworks.
- Lead HR integration across multiple businesses and geographies.
- Ensure HR practices are aligned with the requirements of a publicly listed organization.
- Support organizational transformation and institutionalization for the company's next phase of growth.
Candidate Requirements
- 11+ years of HR experience.
- Ideally, experience in listed, high-growth, or mid-sized organizations.
- Previous experience leading HR within a publicly listed company is preferred.
- Proven experience building HR frameworks from scratch.
- Strong exposure to compliance, audits, and governance.
- Experience scaling organizations through rapid growth.
- Strong partnership experience with founders, CEOs, and senior leadership.
- Experience designing PMS, compensation, and workforce planning frameworks.
- Experience managing HR integration across businesses and geographies.
- Strong strategic HR leadership and organizational development capabilities
