We are hiring for the position of HR Business Partner (HRBP) for our Gurgaon office. This is a Work From Office opportunity for experienced HR professionals with 6–9 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or HR Generalist roles.
The selected candidate will lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, and recruitment operations. The role involves partnering with business leaders to understand hiring requirements, reviewing manpower plans, and achieving recruitment targets. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmations, probation reviews, employee engagement initiatives, and exit processes.
The role also includes leading performance management initiatives such as KRAs, KPIs, goal setting, performance appraisals, succession planning, and leadership coaching. The candidate will foster a positive workplace culture by driving employee engagement, wellness initiatives, recognition programs, and conflict resolution. Additional responsibilities include overseeing payroll coordination, compensation and benefits administration, reimbursements, statutory compliance, HR audits, labour law compliance, HR policy implementation, attendance management, leave management, employee records maintenance, workforce analytics, HR dashboards, attrition analysis, and recommending employee retention strategies to improve organizational effectiveness.
Candidates should have strong exposure to Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Performance Management, Payroll Coordination, and Compliance. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills are essential. Prior experience in the Beauty, Retail, FMCG, D2C, Consumer Goods, or Lifestyle industry will be an added advantage.
