Job Description
I2Global is hiring a Hiring Manager / Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and support the growth of high-performing teams across Technology, Product, Sales, Operations, and Education.
The role focuses on recruitment lifecycle management, talent sourcing, pipeline development, stakeholder coordination, hiring targets, candidate experience, and talent engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets while maintaining quality of hire.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop hiring strategies.
Maintain recruitment records, trackers, and hiring reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
Manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
Track recruitment progress and hiring performance.

Required Experience
Minimum 1+ year of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.

Experience managing multiple recruitment requirements is preferred.
