Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with business stakeholders and leadership to meet key operational and delivery targets.
- Designing and implementing corporate, business, and location-specific HR strategies.
- Managing the complete employee life cycle from hiring to offboarding.
- Driving targeted employee retention initiatives to reduce attrition.
- Addressing and resolving employee grievances within stipulated timelines.
- Initiating, organizing, and executing employee learning and training interventions.
- Overseeing local-level statutory and corporate HR compliance requirements.
- Conducting regular branch visits across regional offices as per business needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proven working experience as a Regional HR, HR Manager, or HR Business Partner (5 to 7 years).
- Strong expertise in business partnering, employee relations, and compliance management.
- Demonstrated capability in managing complete employee lifecycle operations.
- Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel to regional branches.
