Job Description:
AndGate Informatics Private Limited is hiring a VLSI Recruiter for its Noida office. The ideal candidate should have experience in Semiconductor/VLSI recruitment and be capable of managing end-to-end hiring for niche engineering roles across the semiconductor domain.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for VLSI and Semiconductor positions.
* Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
* Hire professionals for RTL Design, Design Verification (DV), Physical Design (PD), DFT, STA, Analog, CAD, and related semiconductor roles.
* Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical interview processes.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of VLSI and Semiconductor talent.
* Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
* Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in VLSI or Semiconductor Recruitment.
* Hands-on experience in end-to-end technical recruitment.
* Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing, Naukri, and headhunting.
* Experience hiring for RTL, DV, PD, DFT, STA, Analog, CAD, and other semiconductor roles.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
* Immediate joiners are preferred.
