Job Title: HR Professional (Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - HR)
Job Description:
ABS General Solutions India Private Limited is hiring a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - HR for its team in Ameerpet, Hyderabad. The candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, attendance and leave management, HRMS administration, payroll inputs, employee documentation, and comprehensive HR MIS reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers across departments to fulfill manpower requirements and ensure timely position closure.
- Handle attendance and leave management, including verification, regularization, and payroll input processing.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and timely updates within the HRMS.
- Generate and manage regular HR MIS reports covering recruitment metrics, employee headcount, attendance, and attrition.
- Facilitate joining formalities, employee orientation, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and general HR operational activities.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: MBA in Human Resources.
- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in HR operations, recruitment, and attendance management.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools, HR MIS reporting, and employee documentation.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment lifecycle, resume screening, and payroll input coordination.
- Female candidates are preferred as per company requirements.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
