Paychex is hiring for the position of HR Specialist – HR Shared Services in Bangalore. The role requires 4–5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Service Delivery, with strong hands-on experience supporting US HR processes and employees. The position focuses on employee lifecycle management, HR case management, employee queries, HR transactions, escalations, HRIS systems, operational metrics, compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Job Responsibilities
Manage US HR Operations and HR Shared Services activities.
Handle employee queries, HR cases, transactions, and escalations.
Support the complete Hire-to-Retire employee lifecycle.
Manage employee data, transfers, promotions, terminations, job changes, and other HR transactions.
Work with HR case management and HRIS platforms.
Independently manage complex HR cases and employee issues.
Monitor operational metrics such as SLA, TAT, FCR/FTR, Quality, CSAT, productivity, and case volumes.
Analyze data and identify operational trends and risks.
Identify process gaps and drive standardization, automation, and process improvements.
Collaborate with multiple HR and business stakeholders.
Maintain a strong focus on employee experience and service delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a global HR Shared Services environment.
Hands-on ServiceNow experience preferred.
Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process improvement certification preferred.
Experience with automation and process optimization.
Strong knowledge of US HR processes.
Candidate Profile
Strong US HR domain knowledge.
4–5+ years of relevant HR Operations / HRSS experience.
Ability to independently handle complex HR cases.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Strong attention to detail and ownership.
Comfortable working in a high-volume HRSS environment.
Customer-focused approach toward employee experience.
Comfortable working with HR data, dashboards, and operational metrics.
