Job Description
Skillventory is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for a leading global organization in the EPC industry. The role will focus on senior-level talent acquisition across Construction, EPC, Data Centre, and related infrastructure functions, with responsibility for sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder coordination, talent pipeline development, and recruitment process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand talent requirements and define candidate profiles.
Drive talent acquisition for roles across Construction, EPC, Data Centre, Infrastructure, and related functions.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels including vendor partners, job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through industry networking, events, internal databases, and external talent resources.
Source, screen, assess, and interview candidates based on skills, experience, cultural fit, and role requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
Ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment documentation, and ATS data.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to strengthen sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.
Implement recruitment best practices to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging recruitment technologies, and talent acquisition practices.
Support employer branding initiatives through compelling job postings and communication of company culture and values.
Candidate Requirements
13+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Strong experience in EPC, Construction, Infrastructure, Data Centre, or related industries.
Proven experience handling senior and specialized recruitment requirements.
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, direct sourcing, vendor management, and talent pipeline development.
Hands-on experience with job portals, professional networks, social media, and ATS platforms.
Strong candidate assessment, interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with hiring managers, HR teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of current recruitment trends, sourcing techniques, and best practices.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced global organization.
