Peloton Consulting Group is hiring a Human Resources Operations Associate for its Hyderabad, Telangana location under a hybrid work model. Information Technology and Consulting company. Peloton is a global Oracle consulting firm specializing in Advisory, Consulting and Managed Services across Enterprise Performance Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Supply Chain Management, Human Capital Management, Customer Experience, Analytics, Data Management and Artificial Intelligence solutions. The organization is looking for a motivated Human Resources professional to support HR operations and gain experience across talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and culture development. The selected candidate will support the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, employee changes, promotions, transfers, leaves of absence and offboarding while ensuring an excellent employee experience. Responsibilities include coordinating end to end onboarding activities, managing new hire setup, system administration, first week logistics and training coordination, administering and maintaining HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Oracle HCM and related platforms, serving as the first point of contact for employee queries related to benefits, HR systems and company policies, supporting payroll administration by preparing payroll files, auditing employee changes, validating payroll inputs and assisting with payroll processing, supporting benefits administration and annual open enrollment activities, partnering with HR Business Partners on performance management, promotions and employee relations documentation, preparing HR reports, audits and workforce analytics, supporting HR compliance through policy reviews, documentation updates, employee handbook revisions and audits, identifying process improvement opportunities and contributing to strategic Human Resources projects. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field with at least 4 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, HRIS, Payroll Administration, Benefits Administration or a similar Human Resources Operations role. Experience working with HRIS platforms such as ADP Workforce Now, Oracle HCM, Workday or UKG is required. Strong Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables and complex formulas, excellent organizational, analytical, communication, problem solving and stakeholder management skills are essential. Experience within the Oracle Consulting industry will be an added advantage.
