Aptita is hiring an experienced HR Payroll System Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). The role focuses on supporting HR and payroll systems, UK payroll configuration, system integrations, compliance, testing, incident management, data analysis, automation, and continuous improvement of HR & Payroll operations. The successful candidate will act as a subject-matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors ECP and work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities 1. SAP SuccessFactors ECP SME Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. Provide functional and technical support for the ECP payroll environment. Support HR and payroll teams with system-related requirements and issues. Maintain system functionality in line with business requirements. 2. UK Payroll Configuration Configure and maintain UK payroll schemas, rules, and system settings. Support payroll configuration changes and system enhancements. Ensure payroll system configurations align with applicable UK payroll requirements. Troubleshoot configuration-related payroll issues. 3. Payroll System Releases & Testing Support quarterly system releases and upgrades. Perform and coordinate regression testing. Validate system changes before and after releases. Identify and resolve issues arising during testing. 4. Payroll Incident & Problem Management Manage payroll-related incidents and service requests. Investigate system and payroll issues. Support problem-management activities and root-cause analysis. Coordinate issue resolution with relevant technical and functional teams. Ensure timely closure of payroll system issues. 5. HR & Payroll Integrations Support integrations between: Employee Central Payroll Time Management Finance Third-party providers Monitor integration-related issues. Coordinate with technical teams and external providers to resolve integration problems. Ensure smooth flow of relevant HR and payroll data between systems. 6. Security, Compliance & Audit Ensure appropriate system security controls are maintained. Support HR/payroll system compliance requirements. Maintain audit controls and relevant documentation. Ensure applicable GDPR requirements are maintained within HR and payroll systems. Support audits and compliance assessments related to the system. 7. Automation & Process Improvement Identify opportunities for automation across HR and Payroll operations. Drive process-improvement initiatives. Evaluate existing payroll processes and identify areas for greater efficiency. Support implementation of system and process enhancements. 8. Payroll & System Data Analysis Produce and analyze system and payroll data. Prepare reports and insights to support business decisions. Identify trends, discrepancies, and data-quality issues. Job Overview Go Garage is looking for an HR Manager who can help build the organization's people function from the ground up. The role combines manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, HR policies, employee engagement, performance management, HR MIS, payroll coordination, and employee records. The selected professional will work closely with the Founders and Operations team to build teams and establish HR systems across the organization's expanding garage network. Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Hiring Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple levels. Hire Technicians for garage operations. Recruit Branch Managers. Support hiring for Area and Corporate teams. Handle recruitment for management and leadership positions. Build recruitment strategies according to business requirements. Ensure hiring targets and joining timelines are achieved. 2. Manpower Planning Own manpower planning for the organization's expanding operations. Assess staffing requirements across multiple locations. Plan recruitment requirements based on business expansion. Maintain recruitment targets and joining timelines. 3. Multi-Location Talent Pipeline Build and maintain a talent pipeline across multiple garage locations. Develop suitable sourcing channels for operational and management positions. Ensure availability of candidates for current and future manpower requirements. 4. Onboarding, Induction & Training Create structured employee onboarding processes. Develop induction programs for new employees. Establish training processes for different employee groups. Ensure new employees receive appropriate organizational and role-related orientation. 5. HR Policies & SOPs Develop and implement HR SOPs. Create and maintain HR policies and processes. Establish structured HR systems as the organization expands. Standardize HR practices across multiple locations. 6. Attendance & Performance Management Develop attendance management systems. Establish employee performance management processes. Build performance and KPI frameworks for operational teams. Monitor performance-related processes and support managers in implementation. 7. Employee Engagement & Retention Drive employee engagement initiatives. Develop practices to support employee retention. Contribute to building a positive organizational culture. Identify and address employee-related concerns. 8. HR MIS & Employee Records Maintain accurate employee records. Prepare and maintain HR MIS. Track relevant HR metrics and workforce information. Ensure HR documentation remains accurate and up to date. 9. Payroll Coordination Coordinate payroll-related inputs and activities. Work with relevant teams to ensure accurate employee information for payroll processing. Support resolution of payroll-related HR requirements. 10. Organization Building Work directly with the Founders and Operations team. Support organizational development as Go Garage expands. Build HR processes suitable for a growing multi-location business. Develop teams from frontline technicians through management and leadership levels. Candidate Requirements 3–6 years of HR experience. Hands-on experience in building teams across different organizational levels. Experience in a startup, automobile, retail, service, or multi-location business is preferred. Strong recruitment and manpower-planning experience. Understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management. Experience in developing HR processes, SOPs, and policies. Knowledge of performance management and KPI frameworks. Good understanding of employee engagement and retention. Experience with HR MIS, employee records, and payroll coordination. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work independently and build HR systems from the ground up.
