Experis is looking for enthusiastic IT Recruiters to join its growing Talent Acquisition team in Hyderabad. The role is suitable for professionals with 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end IT Recruitment who are passionate about talent acquisition and skilled in identifying and engaging top technology talent. Experis is part of the ManpowerGroup family of brands and provides technology talent and workforce solutions.
Key responsibilities include managing the complete IT recruitment lifecycle; sourcing, screening, interviewing, and qualifying candidates; managing stakeholder communication; hiring candidates across core technical skills and technologies; coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process; and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also requires sourcing through job portals and LinkedIn, building strong candidate pipelines, and meeting hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end IT Recruitment, strong expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management, and hands-on experience hiring for core technical skills and technologies. A good understanding of different IT skill sets and technology stacks is required. Experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and candidate engagement is preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, proactive, have strong sourcing and networking capabilities, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while focusing on great candidate experiences.
