Role Summary and Team Context
The APAC Client Services Operations (CSO) team acts as a vital operational partner driving staffing, capacity planning, external workforce management, operational support, management reporting, and rigorous process governance across the APAC region. The team works in close coordination with Business Units, Delivery Domains, HR, FP&A, and regional leadership to foster operational visibility and efficiency. This position sits directly within the APAC CSO team to oversee the complete end-to-end lifecycle of external consultants. The role partners with internal hiring leaders, alliance managers, external staffing agencies, and system integrators across the APAC region to guarantee compliant, high-standard external workforce governance.
Main Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the complete lifecycle of external consultants throughout APAC, including recruitment coordination, interview logistics, smooth onboarding, contract extensions, and offboarding workflows.
Partner strategically with hiring managers, site heads, Alliance Managers, Delivery Domains, HR partners, and external vendor partners to accurately address staffing requirements and fill critical resource needs promptly.
Coordinate active candidate pipelines, streamline interview scheduling, and maintain transparent communications with all internal and external parties during the recruitment and onboarding journey.
Execute thorough contract administration functions, including procurement workflows, rate card approvals, contract renewals, invoice tracking, and alignment with corporate governance standards.
Maintain comprehensive external workforce databases, generate actionable headcount and staffing reports, and deliver operational analytics that guide leadership decision-making.
Lead process improvement and standardization initiatives to elevate efficiency, transparency, and operational scalability across regional contingent workforce functions.
Key Operational Challenges
Handling multiple concurrent workflows across talent acquisition, onboarding, contract renewals, and exits across multiple countries, time zones, and stakeholder groups.
Balancing urgent business needs with strict procurement, compliance, and multi-tier approval guidelines while sustaining an exceptional stakeholder experience.
Harmonizing hiring priorities and timelines across a broad network of internal teams and third-party staffing suppliers.
Sustaining flawless data integrity, headcount visibility, and compliance standards across an expanding external contractor ecosystem.
Pinpointing operational bottlenecks and executing continuous enhancement solutions within a fast-moving, high-expectation business landscape.
