Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
As a key member of the global solutioning team, the HCM Solution Manager is responsible for partnering closely with enterprise sales teams to articulate and deliver the Darwinbox value proposition to executive decision-makers across the offices of the CHRO, CIO, and CFO. Leveraging deep HR functional domain expertise and comprehensive platform mastery, this professional drives impactful client discovery sessions, architects tailored solution architectures, leads Request for Proposal responses, and conducts persuasive product demonstrations throughout complex enterprise sales cycles.
Participate actively in client discovery workshops to uncover operational bottlenecks and thoroughly document business requirements, operational workflows, and organizational policies.
Collaborate with enterprise sales leaders to construct winning value propositions, competitive differentiators, and strategic messaging tailored to client needs.
Design, formulate, and champion value-based enterprise software solutions addressing prospective client pain points, communicating architectures clearly via process flows, context diagrams, functional descriptions, and technical specifications.
Direct and author comprehensive responses to Requests for Proposals and formulate solution overviews that align client business priorities with Darwinbox HCM capabilities.
Prepare and execute impactful, highly customized live product demonstrations showcasing system functionalities, workflow automations, and strategic business value.
Develop deep industry-specific domain expertise and present targeted HCM platform solutions mapped to varied sectoral challenges.
Establish trusted advisor relationships with prospective client stakeholders, corporate influencers, and executive decision-makers during software evaluation cycles.
Analyze enterprise SaaS markets to articulate the competitive advantages and operational superiorities of Darwinbox HCM over legacy ERP systems and competing HCM suites.
Continuously update product functional knowledge, enterprise architectures, and digital HR transformation frameworks through internal learning programs.

This is a full-time on-site professional engagement operating out of Mumbai.
