Experience: 4–7 Years
Qualification: Graduate / MBA (HR Preferred)
Bloom Solutions is hiring an HR Executive to manage HR operations, administration, employee lifecycle, compliance, and workplace operations. The role requires strong coordination and people management skills.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR records.
• Support employee engagement, HR policies, and employee relations.
• Manage statutory compliance, benefits administration, and audit support.
• Handle office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management.
• Coordinate travel, events, assets, and daily office operations.
Requirements:
• 4–7 years of experience in HR Operations and Administration.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
