Myklaticrete is hiring an HR Facilitator in Hyderabad to support the HRBP function and ensure smooth execution of HR processes across the business. The role acts as a key link between employees, managers, and HR, covering HR operations, employee relations, performance management, engagement, L&D coordination, HR MIS, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Maintain and manage employee records.
Support workforce planning activities.
Coordinate performance management processes.
Support goal-setting and appraisal cycles.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
Address employee queries and support employee relations matters.
Coordinate L&D programs and training schedules.
Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and reports.
Track and report metrics related to attrition, performance, and employee engagement.
Support HRBP activities across the business.
Ensure smooth execution of HR processes and employee-related activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred, or graduation with relevant HR experience.
0–4 years of HR experience.
Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance practices.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HRMS tools.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills in English and Hindi.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
High level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
