About the Role:
The Singh Consultancy is urgently hiring an experienced, result-oriented HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and policy execution independently for their Mumbai office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and exit formalities.
- Formulate, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and organizational processes.
- Resolve employee grievances, manage employee relations, and oversee the performance management system.
- Direct payroll coordination, leave tracking, time-office attendance, and personnel records.
- Ensure strict compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Drive employee engagement, retention programs, workforce training, and organizational development.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of core experience in HR operations and generalist management.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment workflows, payroll inputs, labor laws, and employee relations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
